Security

AI

AI is advisory; you approve sensitive actions; activity is logged. We do not train public AI models on your customer data. Read our AI Advisory & Learning Policy.

Data ownership

You own your customer, reservation, menu, order, loyalty, and employee records and can export them at any time. We own the platform, algorithms, benchmarks, aggregate datasets, and AI models. Details in our Terms and DPA.

Data processing

How we process personal data on your behalf as your processor, including security and deletion commitments. Read our Data Processing Addendum.

Subprocessors

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers — including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, AI model providers, Upstash, and Sentry. The current list lives in our DPA.

Uptime & reliability

The platform runs on a resilient, globally distributed hosting provider with regular database backups. We operate the Service on an "as available" basis as described in our Terms.

Incident reporting

If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data, we notify you without undue delay, as described in our DPA.

Responsible disclosure

Found a vulnerability? Email privacy@restaurantplatforms.com or see our published security.txt. We work with researchers to resolve genuine issues.
