This Website Services Agreement governs done-for-you website design, build, and setup services ("Services") provided by Restaurant Platforms ("Restaurant Platforms") where you purchase them separately from a software subscription. It supplements our Terms of Service. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Scope and deliverables

We will design and build a restaurant website and associated setup (which may include menu digitization, ordering configuration, and basic on-page SEO) as described in the written scope or proposal agreed for your project. Work not described in that scope is out of scope and may be quoted separately.

2. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as stated in your scope. Additional revisions or changes requested after sign-off may be billed at our then-current rates.

3. Your content

You are responsible for providing accurate menu, pricing, branding, and photography content, and you confirm you have the rights to any materials you provide. Delays in providing content may delay delivery.

4. Hosting and maintenance

Your website is hosted on the Restaurant Platforms platform and is kept running as part of your subscription. Platform-wide updates, bug fixes, and security patches are applied to all sites. Ongoing custom design changes after launch are handled as new change requests.

5. Payment and cancellation

Setup or design fees are due as stated in your proposal. Because design work is performed specifically for you, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Either party may cancel future work with reasonable notice; you remain responsible for work completed up to cancellation.

Data ownership

You own your data. As between you and Restaurant Platforms, your restaurant owns its customer records, reservations, menus, orders, loyalty data, and employee records. You can export this data at any time, and you keep it if you leave.

Restaurant Platforms owns the platform. We own and retain all rights to the software, algorithms, workflows, network benchmarks, aggregate and de-identified datasets, AI models, and the operational insights generated by the platform. Nothing in your use of the Service transfers ownership of these to you.

We grant you a limited right to use the Service and its outputs for your own restaurant during your subscription. We claim no ownership of your underlying records, and you claim no ownership of the platform that produces and serves them.
